(Same as BCH 382 and BIO 382 ) (Winter; Fox, Paulick) Structure and function of proteins/enzymes including purification, mechanism, kinetics, regulation, metabolism and a detailed analysis of several classic protein systems. Prerequisite(s): CHM 232 Corequisite(s): CHM 382L Four lab hours each week. Not open to students who have completed CHM 335 , BIO 335 or BCH 335 .
