(Fall; Rice) A case-study approach where students will apply ecological understanding to the management of natural ecosystems. Topics include genetics and population biology of rare species, fire ecology and management, landscape ecology, and global climate change Prerequisite(s): BIO 110 (102) and BIO 112 (101) or permission of instructor. Corequisite(s): BIO 322L Lecture/Lab Hours One lab per week.
