BIO 322 - Conservation Biology

(Fall; Rice) A case-study approach where students will apply ecological understanding to the management of natural ecosystems. Topics include genetics and population biology of rare species, fire ecology and management, landscape ecology, and global climate change Prerequisite(s): BIO 103 (110)  and BIO 104 (112)  or permission of instructor. Corequisite(s): BIO 322L Lecture/Lab Hours One lab per week.
