ECO 243 - Introduction to EconometricsCourse Units: 1
(Fall, Winter, Spring; Staff) Descriptive statistics, probability, random variables and their distributions, sampling, statistical inference including confidence interval estimation, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis. Introduction to economic research using statistical methods to test theories. Prerequisite(s): ECO 101 . A minimum grade of C in ECO-243 is required to register for ECO 498 .
