ADA 037 - Zumba

(Fall, Winter, Spring; Cawley) Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance. It is based on the principle that dance steps are fun and easy to follow allowing Zumba participants to enjoy the art of dancing and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-good” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and effective aerobic/fitness training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. This class is for everyone who wants to participate in a body-energizing movement class meant to engage trained and non-trained dancers. Experience a mix of diverse dance styles such as salsa, raggaeton, merengue, cha cha, belly dance, cumbia and more. For all students.
