CEE 260 - Thermo-Fluid w/Lab Course Units: 1 Thermal-Fluid Systems is an integrated study of fundamental topics in thermodynamics, fluid statics and mechanics. The course develops the conservation principles for mass, energy, and linear momentum for control volume analysis as well as the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics. Dimensional analysis principles are developed and applied to incompressible flow in pipes, open channel flow, power generation systems, and air-conditioning focusing on the control volume approach. Prerequisite(s): CEE 201 , MTH 115 or IMP 121
