CEE 260 - Thermo-Fluids w/Lab

Thermo-fluids is described as the integrated study of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics. The course develops the conservation principles for mass, energy, and linear momentum for control volume (CV) analysis as well as the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics. Dimensional analysis principles are developed and applied to incompressible flow in pipes, power generation systems, and others focusing on the CV approach. Requires preapproval. Prerequisite(s): CEE 201 , MTH 115 or IMP 121
