BME 312 - Biomedical Data Science Course Units: 1
Students will learn how to use various statistical and machine learning tools to analyze complex biomedical datasets. Students will learn how to find physiological significance of a treatment, diagnose diseases, and study interactions between molecules through the context of data science techniques. Prerequisite(s): One of the following: CSC 103 , CSC 104 , CSC 105 , CSC 106 , CSC 107 , or CSC 108 and one of the following: BME 210 , ECO 243 , MER 301 , PSC 220 , PSY 200 , SOC 300 ,STA 104 or STA 164 .
