ADA 130 - (050) The Dance ExperienceCourse Units: 1
(Spring; Moutillet) An experiential survey course introducing the many facets of the art of making dances. Through lectures, workshops and performances students discover new dance techniques, dance vocabulary, styles, and inner skills. Special emphasis on creative abilities, built on trust, and exploration. Students work as a choreographer in an individual and collective dance piece to be performed publicly. A weekly dance technique class is required. Common Curriculum CC: HUM
