BNG 375 - Animal LocomotionCourse Units: 1 (Same as BIO 375 ). (Not offered in 2013-14) This course examines the evolutionary diversity of animal locomotion by investigating how physical properties of both the organisms and their environment affect the biochemistry, anatomy and physiology of movement. This course also uses engineering principles to explain animal locomotor mechanisms of animals. Prerequisite(s): BIO 112 and PHY 110 (or PHY 120 ). There is a weekly laboratory.
