ECO 243 - Introduction to EconometricsCourse Units: 1
(Fall, Winter, Spring; Staff) Descriptive statistics, probability, random variables and their distributions, sampling, statistical inference including confidence interval estimation, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis. Introduction to economic research using statistical methods to test theories. A minimum grade of C in ECO 243 is required to register for ECO 498 . Prerequisite(s): ECO 101 .
