ADA 140 - American Musical Theatre and DanceCourse Units: 1.0 (TBD: Staff) This course is an introduction to the American Musical from Vaudeville and Minstrel Shows to today’s contemporary Broadway shows. Through lectures, video viewing, and workshops, students learn the historical background that focuses on the work of lyricists, composers, dancers, singers, choreographers, directors and producers.
