ECO 334 - Introduction to Financial Analysis Course Units: 1.0 (TBD: Staff) Fundamental concepts of finance (time value of money, risk, and rates of return); analysis of financial statements; bond and stock valuation; capital budgeting; cost of capital, leverage, and optimal capital structure; long-term debt management; dividend policy; mergers and acquisitions; case study of the performance of an enterprise which seeks to maximize shareholder wealth.
