HST 135 - Latinos In/As U.S. History

(Fall: McGrath) What does U.S. history look like if we consider it a Latin American nation? This course explores the history of El Norte through the eyes of border-crossing, indigenous communities, Spanish settlers in the South and West, and the Latin American and Caribbean immigrant populations that have made their homes across the country since its founding.
