HST 312 - “Bonds of Womanhood”: History of Women’s Rights in the United States Course Units: 1.0 (TBD: Staff) This course examines major themes in the study of women’s rights in the United States. Topics include constitutional and legal rights changes over time; the interplay of gender with race, class, and sexuality involved in “rights” movements since the nineteenth century; and current controversies over women’s rights.
