GEO 201 - Stratigraphy and Depositional Environments of New York Course Units: 1.0 Tectonic events revealed through the stratigraphy and inferred depositional environments of the lower Paleozoic sedimentary rock sequences in eastern New York. Stratigraphic and sedimentologic concepts are explored through weekly field studies and comparison with modern depositional systems.
