PSC 260 - Policy Making and American Society Course Units: 1.0 The process through which public policies are originated, shaped, adopted, and applied at all levels of government in the U.S. and the impact of public policies on American society. Policies such as crime, immigration, gay rights, abortion, the environment, smoking, and others are used as case studies to examine the policy process.
