CEE 450 - Water and Wastewater Unit Design

A design-based environmental engineering course covering design of drinking water and waste-water treatment plants. Applies microbiology, water chemistry principles, and units of treatment-plant design techniques. Students are required to analyze contemporary issues in drinking water and wastewater treatment via critical thinking, engineering design and teamwork, technical reporting, and presentation. Recommended Environmental Engineering Technical Elective. Prerequisite(s): CEE 260 , CEE 350
