MTH 130 - Ordinary Differential Equations

Topics include first and second-order differential equations and first-order systems, including analytic, geometric, and numerical techniques, classification of first-order linear systems by eigenvalues, forcing and resonance, and the Laplace transform. Applications include but are not limited to population models, RC circuits, and damped and undamped harmonic oscillators. Prerequisite(s): MTH 115, MTH 115H or IMP 121 Note: Not open to students who have passed MTH 234 . CC: GDQR
